Managers in the Workforce<\/strong>, cofinanciado por el programa Erasmus+, contin\u00faa su avance con paso firme hacia el fomento de entornos laborales m\u00e1s saludables.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3588f38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3588f38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El pasado 20 y 21 de mayo, tuvo lugar en Atenas la <strong>tercera reuni\u00f3n transnacional del consorcio<\/strong>, en la que participaron las siete entidades socias de Espa\u00f1a, Grecia, Italia, Croacia y Portugal. El encuentro, organizado por <strong>ELINYAE (Instituto Hel\u00e9nico de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo)<\/strong>, sirvi\u00f3 para cerrar el segundo paquete de trabajo y planificar el inicio de la <strong>fase piloto<\/strong> del proyecto.<\/p><p>Durante los \u00faltimos meses, el consorcio ha desarrollado un <strong>programa formativo online de 60 horas<\/strong>, dirigido a profesionales de Recursos Humanos. Este curso aborda la gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s laboral, el burnout y otros riesgos psicosociales, e incluye contenidos sobre competencias t\u00e9cnicas y blandas, salud mental en el entorno laboral y estrategias de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto incorpora <strong>recursos innovadores<\/strong> como:<\/p><ul><li>una plataforma e-learning intuitiva,<\/li><li>v\u00eddeos de microlearning,<\/li><li>una app m\u00f3vil para el bienestar psicol\u00f3gico,<\/li><li>y podcasts con expertos y buenas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/li><\/ul><p>La fase piloto se pondr\u00e1 en marcha en los pr\u00f3ximos meses en empresas europeas, y permitir\u00e1 validar la usabilidad, eficacia e impacto de esta caja de herramientas digital.<\/p><p>Desde Fundaci\u00f3n Equipo Humano participamos en
