Para poder crecer, nuestra organizaci\u00f3n necesita una visi\u00f3n, misi\u00f3n y un plan de <b>desarrollo &nbsp;sostenible<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Agenda 2030<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para alcanzar esa meta, la <b>ONU <\/b>ha desarrollado, la <b>Agenda 2030, <\/b>una agenda global en la cual se encuentran diecisiete<b> <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/es\/objetivos-de-desarrollo-sostenible\/\"><b>Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible<\/b><\/a> (ODS).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los cuales pueden servir de base para apoyar las organizaciones en alcanzar sus metas y medir sus&nbsp; objetivos. &nbsp;Adem\u00e1s,&nbsp; una vez definidos los objetivos m\u00e1s relevantes para el crecimiento de su organizaci\u00f3n, esos mismos pueden integrarse en la <b>Responsabilidad Social de Empresa<\/b> y constituye&nbsp; una ventaja competitiva que puede abrir <b>nuevas perspectivas de su negocio<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-14030\" src=\"https:\/\/new.fundacionequipohumano.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ods_2.png\" style=\"margin: 25px; float: left;\" width=\"412\" height=\"184\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: start;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: start;\">Congreso ODS<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 24 de noviembre la <b>Fundaci\u00f3n Equipo Humano<\/b> particip\u00f3 en el <a href=\"https:\/\/reg.unog.ch\/event\/31419\/\">Congreso de los ODS<\/a> en Valencia para conocer mejor los ODS y entender c\u00f3mo se puede implementar de forma pr\u00e1ctica en su negocio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ponentes compartieron como eligieron a sus ODS&nbsp; y como los tradujeron de forma concreta. Por ejemplo, la &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.asindown.org\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n Asindow<\/a><span class=\"MsoHyperlink\"> <\/span>present\u00f3 como favorecer la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas con S\u00edndrome de Down a trav\u00e9s de puesto de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asindown.org\/programa-de-empleo-con-apoyo\/\"><b>trabajo con apoyo<\/b><\/a> y utilizando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asindown.org\/asindown-presenta-su-proyecto-europeo-erasmus-virtual-ds-que-facilita-la-inclusion-laboral\/\"><b>gafas de realidad virtual<\/b><\/a><b>. <\/b>Adem\u00e1s, iniciaron una campa\u00f1a de fotos \u201c<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asindown.org\/asindown-y-el-club-de-marketing-del-mediterraneo-han-inaugurado-la-exposicion-slow-e-motion-en-el-museu-de-les-ciencies\/\">Slow E-Motion<\/a><\/b>\u201d como parte de la <b>Responsabilidad Social<\/b> de 23 grandes marcas valencianas como Consum, Valencia Club de futb\u00f3l\u2026<b> <\/b>&nbsp;(ODS4: Educaci\u00f3n de calidad; ODS8: Trabajo decente y ODS10: Reducci\u00f3n de las desigualdades).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-14032\" src=\"https:\/\/new.fundacionequipohumano.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ods_3.png\" style=\"margin: 25px; float: right;\" width=\"130\" height=\"173\" \/>Adem\u00e1s, el <a href=\"https:\/\/cemas.global\/\">CEMAS<\/a>, apoya la utilizaci\u00f3n de nuevas formas de consumir&nbsp; con una <b>alimentaci\u00f3n<\/b> m\u00e1s <b>sana, de temporada<\/b> y de <b>proximidad<\/b> minimizando los <b>desperdicios de alimentos (<\/b>ODS 1: Fin de la pobreza;&nbsp; ODS 2: Hambre cero; ODS 3: Salud y bienestar)<b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la incorporaci\u00f3n de las ODS en los planes de desarrollo de las organizaciones permite \u201c<b>humanizar<\/b>\u201d su organizaci\u00f3n hacia las necesidades de sus clientes y as\u00ed mejorar la forma de hacer las cosas con un impacto positivo y duradero.
